Complaint against Green Star Energy
A month after Green Star Energy took over my energy account from Future Energy, I AM STILL UNABLE TO COMPLETE MY ACCOUNT REGISTRATION ONLINE. When I input the correct details, I am still advised "There has been an unexpected error, please try again." WHY????????? Thanks OFGEM for appointing these incompetent cowboys.
