Complaint against Green Star Energy

I moved into a house who already had Green Star. The company never contacted me to say I would be put automatically onto a variable rate which was excessively expensive. I rang their customer service line and spoke to the most rude lady I could imagine. They clearly pray on individuals moving home so if you move into a house with them as energy providers, I would advise anyone to sort their bills immediately. I ended up paying over twice as much as my current provider would have charged me.
