[LAPSED] Unable to obtain a final bill or final credit .

Complaint against Green Star Energy

I informed this energy provider with the information regarding our change of address 3 weeks before moving .Gave final metre readings and cancelled direct debit as I do not trust them not to take more payments as I know mine in credit. Tried by phone a number of times then by Email a number of times to get a final bill.Apparently they could not take my word of my new address as they needed a copy of my tenancy agreement ?? Sorry not a tenant a home owner the operator continues to ask for tenancy agreement which does not exist .Get a shifty letter via email why no direct debit ?veiled threats why ?I want to leave and pay any bill if I owe money or credit my bank if they owe me. I tell them the new address when they email me every line and post code is wrong .who do they employ ? I ring yet again today I am in credit over£100 the company have not attempted to repay me but processing it when I insisted. I have had many suppliers over the years this was appalling in every way .it has caused me stress and money .I have a severely disabled child ,limited time to deal with this and would tell any one to avoid this company at all costs . I expect compensation for this debacle and an apology .
