Complaint against Green Star Energy

Green Star Energy, After switching to them, the first contact they made to me was a nasty letter with red ink"After numerous attempts to contact you, and final demand" after contacting them they explained a delay in sending the last three bills, I was offers an opportunity to have a smart meter, ( no estimated bills) great idea Engineer fitted electric, but because I have an ancient back boiler capped off my gas, After the next bill I contacted them to stop charging for gas, "ok" we will send an someone to check" this never happened Wrote a review on another website, they invited me to contact them to resolve the problems, I did (customer complaints dept) ......nothing...not a peep But I did get a letter 3 weeks later, yes again charging me for gas, My contract ends in a week Glad to be ride of these unprofessional ,inept ,and incompetent company, Please AVOID GREENSTAR
