Complaint against Green Star Energy

I have tried to get in contact with this company for 2 months to change details on the account.. never replies to ANY emails and because I work in their opening hours trying to get through to someone on lunch break is impossible!! I'm just trying to pay my bill and change my account details and they could not care less! 2 weeks ago I finally got through to someone who assured me it would be changed so I could set up a direct debit and to wait for something to come in the post until I can do this.....and surprise surprise it still isn't here and now I'm being passed to a debt collection agency. AWFUL! the letter I received today said to pay by the 19th.....its the 21st and if just received the letter. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!

Yes. My account number is 0005401267. I had been paying off an account which was under my estate agents name because you lot seemed to struggle changing it into my name.. now i have my own account i am going to get charged twice even though my estate agent phoned to tell you i had paid into their account and not them!!! I did email your complaints to explain it.. BUT NOONE ANSWERED SUPRISINGLY.

I don't know what I'm meant to do when you can't seem to respond to a customer!!! i paid in £152 to account number 0005401267 my address - estate agents name - they have phoned to let you know its my money not theres and to move it to my account. I asked if this had been done via email and im still waiting to find out!!!! i would appreciate someone contacting me before i lose my money!!!
