Complaint against Green Star Energy

Living in London since 5 years and this is by far the only extremely bad experience I had with a service. At the moment of writing I'm still at the mobile waiting for they answer, after the first hang up the support put me on hold for 15 20 mins to not solve my complaint.. They are shady, I had a side debt growing in my account for 2 years and nobody told me anything, I had a complaint with them and they sent me once a letter never received notifying me that they were going to move me to a NOT convenient. after 2 years my debth was 600£ I paid 300£ pound in a row as a resolution accepted from the manager to move to another account, the rest I splitted to 3 months. I did that and all this process about the complaint and everything took 2 months while I was still paying for a NON convenient tariff. Finally started to move to another provided and guess what? They stopped me to do that! Today after 2 weeks of calling they keep saying they don't know anything and everyone start from the beginning, I explain, they move me on hold 15 20 mins, they say "now it is fine" and when I try to switch: Switch rejected... I'm moving with a lawyer now but please people, leave this company out of your life.
