The agent I have spoken to twice now, of which I have the name and ext number was very rude both times. He continuesly spoke over me. Didn't listen to anything I wanted to say. Refused to let me speak to another agent and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Then he wouldnt give me any correct information of payments I knew I had paid as I had statements to prove so. Also he was very obnoxious and condescending. Was not very clear or helpful at all. Actually caused a great deal of stress just trying to speak with him. I actually hung up and rang again to try and see if I could get through to someone else. Eventually I did and this agent managed to explain everything clearly and agree with the payments I had made within 5 mins! I am very dissapointed with the service I have received from Scottish power and the amount of phone calls I have had to make just to get this issue resolved. It has cost me plenty on my mobile phone bill and I would not recommend Scottish power to anyone! I am still absolutely fumming with what I have had to deal with since September 2015!
