Complaint against Scottish Power
After a number of reports to Scotish Power after two years they replaced my failty meter. Scotish Power is now charging me for the two years arriers, I have taken legal advice about this and because they broke there contract by ignoring me for two years they have no rights to ask me for any arriers.
