I moved into my property in October 2014. In November 2014 I requested my services transferred from Hydro to Scottish Power. Scottish Power transferred the wrong address and my address was never properly transferred, therefore Hydro remained as my only supplier. Scottish Power though, In January 2015, charged me a Direct Debit of £38.59 for services that Hydro was already providing. As it stands, Scottish Power keeps my account live and linked to my name. Since Scottish Power it's not the provider for my property I'm requesting this account to be closed and any remaining credit in my account to be refunded back to me, along with the double charge incurred in January 2015.
