Complaint against Scottish Power

Hi, My complaint is 2fold firstly I got a smartmeter installed on 15sept or there about but I have not received the I.H.D. unit that helps you see what energy you are using at all times (very angry)., We are 2 disabled people living in a 5 apartment house with various adaptations that use more energy when used and this was the reason for getting the smart meter installed but with no I.H.D.unit it is bloody useless., I also don't understand why I was paying £99 per month and around £400 in credit they increased that to around £104 per month ??? I have told them to sort it out or I will switch to another company with no reply as such only gobbledygook., I have contacted smartmeter G.B. to tell them regards the I.H.D. and have informed me that getting the I.H.D. is the main reason for getting a smartmeter installed., This is really very stressful for myself and my 83 year old mother.,??? , MANY THANKS., COLIN WRIGHT.,,,,,
