Complaint against Scottish Power

since 2016 I have complained to Scottish Power regarding my heating. Basically I have 3 meters, one of them is a radio tele switch. This is for storage heaters, which SP have been telling me I have. After a visit from SP he was puzzled as to why I have 3 meters as he was told I had storage heating. Surprise surprise they then blamed my boiler in a letter afterwards because basically I was right. I have been asking for them to remove them and replace it with one meter but they said my heating would double in price??. All I want is to have heating when i want it not when the radio controlled switch & SP tell me...it is 2018??? I then requested a smart meter to try and solve it and said they would come out and sort it. took a half day no one appeared, then took another half day and the engineers said he could not fit one.......they said they would compensate me with a cheque never received it. Just before Christmas I contacted them again they said they would send someone out again but after new year, gave them a date but asked them what this visit was for before I take another half day...still no reply. As of today still freezing when I come in from work till the teleswitch comes on at approx 18:40., then when it goes of after 220:30 ish at night.
