Complaint against Scottish Power
New Gas Meter installation can't get it installed. Transferred the gas supply over in May 2017 - there was no gas meter at the property. The paperwork went through in June 2017. Since then I've been trying to get a GAS Meter to be installed. The customer services are absolutely diabolical. I've been passed pillar to pillar, from a customer representative to a complaints person. I've waited on the phone for over an hour. I've had phone calls terminated by customer representatives. I've had customer representatives been rude to me. I've had representatives tell me to phone AMEY there installer and blame them. AMEY have told me it's Scottish Power. Raised several complaints, in month 8, yes MONTH 8, and I'm still stuck in the middle. Super poor, really really poor. I just cannot get an appointment to get the GAS Meter installed. Beware anyone transferring across, an extremely frustrating, inexcusable experience. Horrid!!!
