Pensioner unable to stop SP billing and get a refund 3 months after switching from Scottish Power

Complaint against Scottish Power

I'm a pensioner on fixed income and switched from SP to EDF in September. On 14th October EDF and National Energy database both confirm the switch and final meter readings. My bill from Scottish Power up to 8th October showed I was £114 in credit, since then SP have taken a further £30 each month. On 7/11 I complained and asked for a swift refund. SP didn't register my complaint so I raised it again on 5/12. SP failed to look at the complaint till I rang again on 6th Jan. I haven't got my refund, they refused compensation and have now sent another bill. SP, your agent training, call waiting times and complaints handling is dreadful!
