Complaint against Scottish Power
I switched to EDF on 6th October. I am still in credit so was expecting a refund. I emailed on 13th February requesting payment, and was told this was logged as a complaint and I'd receive a response by 27th February. It is now 11th March and I just want my £47.12 back! Please help!
