Scotpower renege on deal. They entice customers to switch with promises they don't keep
Complaint against Scottish Power
Complaint No 803358646. I switched to Scotpower last August through Moneysupermaket with the promise of £40 of high street vouchers. I still await them. I have emailed constantly "we will reply within 5 working days" is the reply. It is some 17 days since I last wrote. You cant speak to the same person twice and get put through to different offices. The marketing department will not take calls. The CEO Ms Clayton is supposed to read email complaints but hasn't replied to mine, the last two of which were addressed to her. I will not let the matter rest and have threatened them with writing to you, but still haven't heard anything!
