Norma's complaint against Scottish Power
They changed my contract and have not phoned back with result
Complaint against Scottish Power
I had my gas and electricity contract with boiler and radiator care only to find out they have changed it and it does not provide for boiler and radiator care. I have complained to them previously about their handling of my account and it has happened too many times now and I feel my account is being mishandled by different advisors and would like it looked at before I look at changing to another provider thankyou.
