Complaint against Scottish Power
After trying to switch they sent a letter sayin we couldn't switch because we had dedt, we phoned them up to be told we didnt have no dedt, never giving them readings from the pay as you go meters saying on them no dedt and we was free to switch. Than we got more letters saying we had outstanding dedt and couldn't switch this went on for 3 to 4 occasions.than i payed the amount they said i owed on the 21st jan 2016 than i got 2 more letters on the 23rd jan 2016 sayin i had till the 21st to pay it off.and even had a phone call frm them the first call of them in 10 years, i dont seen how iv got dedt with pay as u go for over 10 years i feel like i have been blackmailed in to payin this and has coursed upset with the family because we tryed to switch over to make it easyer and save money,on one letter it stated it would take 3 weeks to switch over that has not happened, still trying to switch over so if you can help that be great many thanks.
