Complaint against Scottish Power
I have a prepayment account for Gas / Electricity with Scottish Power . On 7/04/14, Received a bill stating I was £99 in credit (Electricity). Called to discuss how funds could be refunded. I gave actual readings for both gas and electricity as bill sent was estimated. On 12/04/14 - received two bills stating - £726 in credit (Electricity) and £22 in debit (Gas). Called Scottish Power - told my account would need to be investigated. Since then I have made complaint (25/04/14), followed up 10/06/14, phone calls in November - I was told I would get a call asap, called again in January 2015, once again told I would be contacted. To date - no contact at all.
