Complaint against Xercise4Less
I was a member of Xersise for less for around 16 months I called last year to cancel however they told me I had to honour contract which I did. Xersise for less then after 12 months auto enrolled me again I cancelled my direct debit last month I then called Xersise for less they informed me I had to cancel via Internet for membership which I did i would then have to contact harlands regarding a final 30 day payment l, I called harlands who advised they could not accept any payment over the phone without Xersise for less 😡 I then called Xersise for less however no help. I then raised complaint with harlands early October to which I have had no reply however I did receive an email to which I still have confirming I would not be charged anything till complaint resolved I have however received numerous texts emails this week from Xersise for less threatening me with debt collectors, I therefore called Xersise for less I did not raise my voice or swear raise voice however did state my dissatisfaction however handler informed me on Phone if I did not stop having a go he would terminate call he would hang up to which he did. I have since again today received more threatening texts from gym about payment therefore I followed process and called there customer service team who informed me I now owed them 30 pounds and no longer 10 due to the fact my account defaulted they also said there was a note saying I was made aware of this the day before and terminated call this is lies and I have call recording to prove this 😡 I have raised a further complaint however am concerned on how I will get this issue resolved
