Complaint against Xercise4Less

Went to the gym to cancel my membership told couldn't do this at the gym had to do this online given all the information on a piece of paper which I have kept went on line and cancelled my membership received an email confirming my cancellation told not to cancel my direct debit as they would do this after another payment was received After checking my bank statements couple of months later noticed they where still taking money from my account so cancelled the direct debit within days received a threatening letter of harlands saying if I didn't reinstate my direct debit I would be charged an administration fee of£25 contacted harlands after a long wait finally got through they weren't interested told to contact my gym to resolve it until they were notified they would carry on chasing the money Paid another visit to the gym explained everthing to the lady on the counter very nice but not qualified to deal with it photo stat everything and said she would pass to the manager explained I was going on holiday in a week and needed it resolving out of the blue recieved a feedback questionnaire filled it in and marked it low and explained what had happened got an email of the manager saying he would sort it out if I forwarded the cancellation email replied that this had been deleted weeks ago The next day passing the gym so called in again saw the same lady told me she had still not saw her manager but not to worry as a person with same name had come in saying that one of his two memberships had been cancelled and she would get him to email me still not heard anything so have emailed him again but up to now still no reply I would think very hard before you join this gym very easy to join but a nightmare to leave
