I rung the x scape gym to cancel my membership,I did it over the phone was not told I had to do it online,I had been a member since July 2012.I gave 30 days notice and thought I had cancelled my membership.but today I have received a letter from a company,working on behalf of the company who do the direct debit I owe them over 100 pounds.I've been down to the gym the date they say my membership started is wrong,my address is wrong,so any letters regarding this situation I have never received.I need someone tell me what we do now,I've been a good customer over the year's and feel very let down by this situation..
