Complaint against Xercise4Less
I was in a contract also my sons contract With more than 4 weeks left to end my contract. I called the local site in Bradford to findout my termination date. I was advised it was in August. I asked the question do you anything from me. I was told no direct debit will be cancelled on Termination To my shock August & September direct debits were taking. I then took the decision to cancel my October direct debit. I then received 2 Text messages 48 hours apart to advise I have defaulted also a letter from Harlands. Additional £25 pound charged and threat of further charges to be applied. I visited the Bradford site in person and requested I speak to the Manager. Only to be told they dont have one and to wait next week until the Sales Manager arrives from leave. I asked for a copy of the service level agreement. Only to be told they dont have one and check the website. I have emailed xerciseforless and I still await a response. Can you please help.
