Complaint against Xercise4Less

Absolutely appalling. I signed up to a monthly membership, and the small print provided that if I wished to cancel the membership then I needed to put my membership number into an online form and go from there. When I did so, it said there had been an error. I tried again and it said the same thing. Luckily, I realised what they were trying to do and took a screenshot of this happening. I wondered if this is deliberate. I therefore cancelled the direct debit instead. Ever since then, they have been haranguing me by email and on the phone, sending threatening letters telling me that unless I pay for the months following when I cancel the direct debit and pay an extortionate fee on top, they will take me to court. I now have an external agency harassing me too. Don't touch this company with a barge pole.
