Complaint against Xercise4Less
I joined X4L to attend classes. 6 weeks into my 12mth contract they went from 15 les mills classes per week covering 3 disciplines to just 5 per week covering mainly 1 discipline. I see this as a significant change to what I signed up to do i tried to cancel, however their customer service team have said it’s not a breach. They gave me their official complaints procedure which refers to a complaint called ADR Retail, however when I tried to raise it with them they advised they no longer act on behalf of X4L as they have been ‘un co-operative’ (their exact words on their website). My complaint is based on they should have advised new joining clients if this planned change as had I known I would not have joined up. It’s tajen them weeks to respond (original complaint raised early December).
