Cancellation of membership

Complaint against Xercise4Less

My membership ended in April this year. I cancelled my membership online and they still tried taking my money so I cancelled my bank debit. 3 months later I am receiving a letter from Credit Resolution Services for £207.47 of which £102.50 is for CRS. I called and spoke to a very rude agent at CRS telling me that I shouldn't have cancelled my direct debit. I moved out of the area last September but didn't cancel my membership early so I wouldn't have to pay fees and now this. This company is unprofessional and a disgrace. Something needs to be sorted. I refuse to pay for a service that I'm not using and cancelled at the end of my contract.
