Informed gym staff that I wanted to cancel my membership at the gym where I signed up. No problem until you cancelled your direct debit. Credit Agency chasing £200 even though I have been calling them on numerous occasions to sort it out. No answer to my calls. Membership was only £10 a month.. Very bad customer service. I don’t owe this money.... Janet.
