canceling my membership

Complaint against Xercise4Less

I cancelled my membership in Oct 2016 I got the First letter from Harland’s 29th Dec I called 13.01.17 Explained the issues and Manager agreed to cancel the payment and will send an email to head office. Then received a letter on 1st of Feb say the payment is still outstanding. I then called Harland’s and they confirmed no mail from head Office has been received. They froze the account for a few days. I then called Exceicise4 less in hunts cross and the manager would sent another email to head office. I waited a few days and called Harland’s for an update and no emails have been received then called the gym. Then the manger emailed called his area manager and said the issue would be sorted. Then received a mail from Credit Resolution Services Saying the payment has gone up and still need to be paid. I then went to the gym on 13.03.17 @10.30 To speak to the manager he sent an email to Harland’s and head office and area manager. I have called Harland’s have informed me they have not received any mails
