Complaint against Xercise4Less

I cancelled my membership after having my baby in April by going to my Wakefield branch and filling out a cancellation form and to be advised that would be processed and I had nothing else to do, due to past experiences I than cancelled my dd with my banks as my partner cancelled a month previous and still had monies removed from the account twice!!! I have since received a letter 2 weeks ago advising I owed £210 due to not cancelling correctly!! I called harlands asking why I owed this money, the lady advised I cancelled this incorrectly, I never received a cancellation email and also I never received my contract through mail or electronically when I joined nearly 3 years ago!! I have done every I was asked to do when I walked into the Wakefield branch to cancel but now I am having unfair charges given. I have 2 children and work 29.5hrs a week I am unwilling to pay these fines I have been given due to someone not doing their job correctly
