Cancellation fee without a contract
Complaint against Xercise4Less
Last year I took out an 11 month contract with xercise4less, it ran out November 2017 however, due to my medication, I forgot and believed my cancellation date was January 2018. I also did not receive any terms and conditions to inform me that I required a 30 day cancellation period, therefore I just cancelled my direct debit. I am now being emailed, text and called on a daily basis from CRS demanding £171 from me for cancelling my direct debit. I argue that I shouldn't have to pay anything as I was not informed I was taking out a new contract in Dec 2017. During the process of trying to correct this, I was sent between calling Harlands and Xercise4less as both parties were telling me I had to speak to the other.
