I sent a letter off to head office as per advised by xercise4less to cancel my subscription as I no longer use the gym. As they did not come back to me with a response I cancelled my DD to prevent any further problems. Today I have received a letter to say I must contact Harlands to reinstate my DD immediately and if I do not xall by 25th August I will be charged a 25.00 administration fee. As far as I am concerned I have followed process as advised from a member of staff from the gym. Its disgusting and they have a cheek to send a comms to this effect. Xercise 4less fob you off and are quick to take your money however as for customer service wrll I would like to know 'where is it'. Thanks Diana
