I sent my cancellation form on the 03.03.2017 giving 30 days notice to cancel my account. A few weeks later I received an email back stating that my membership had been cancelled. I followed the steps and as they stated I did not cancel my direct debit. However, on 3.04.2017 a direct debit has came out for £14.99 for Harlands, therefore this shows that Xercise4less have failed to cancel my direct debit. As I followed the instructions given and gave my 30 day notice period, I am very disappointed with this situation. I am yet to hear back after stating these facts in a email, I have asked for a full refund and proof that they have cancelled my direct debit.
