I am writing to complain about the poor service I have received form your Rotherham branch in particular the lack of communication regarding the recent class timetable changes. Although I am disappointed with the recent changes, I appreciate that change does happen; however, the way this has been handled by the management and staff has been far from acceptable with no verbal or written notification of the changes, I had to hear it from instructors who were told they no longer had jobs. Adding to this, the classes that have been put on in the interim have been far from adequate with instructors not taking classes using pieces of note paper, forgetting the routines and failing to warm us up properly. I have contacted both the gym manager and head office over the last week and had no response from them. I have been refused an area managers details and told they do not know what else to suggest. This is not acceptable. I would appreciate being contacted to discuss my concerns.
