Cancelled Direct Debit

Complaint against Xercise4Less

I wrote a letter in June 2017 to Xercise4Less telling them I will be cancelling my membership beginning of July. This was due to moving house from Liverpool to Wirral. After I cancelled my direct debit I received a letter from CRS Credit Resolution Service dates 9th November 2017. CRS have been employed by Xercise4less as my membership remains in arrears. As a result of this CRS fees totalling £102.50 have been added. Therefore my account balance stands at £207.47. I spoke with CRS 15th November 2017 he was very aggressive and that I shouldnt have cancelled my membership. I explained I wrote to Xercise4Less in June 2017 saying I was cancelling my membership due to moving house. CRS wouldnt listen and then I own £207.47. I am not paying £207.47 I gave the gym a months notice. I am sending Xercise4Less another letter and emailing the previous letter that was sent.
