Complaint against Xercise4Less
Begining of the year i received the W number to cancell my direct debit which went through okay unfotunately 2 months later i got another W number to cancell my wifes direct debit this turned out to be a complete farce.Since then we have had 2 letters from Harlands demanding £25 to reinstate my wifes direct debit,we told them that we followed instuctions and opened direct debit again and expected to pay the months fee but 5 months later still paying for pivilige of sitting in our house and not using the gym.We are now expected to remeber the W number we got months ago but we were told that we could pay about £39 to cancell everthing as we have payed for not using the gym i think this is taking a liberty,personally i think they should all be wearing mask as they are a shower of robbing b*******.
