Dear Sir / Madam, I removed my membership from xercise4less through my bank. My mistake because I didn't know that I couldn't finish my membership. My previous gyms were canceled in this way and I never had any problems. Yes, I paid the penalty, exactly 39.99 £ I paid for another month in advance 14.99 £ on the site xercise4less. I canceled my membership. I showed a message that everything was finished. I didn't receive a confirmation email, but I think, if the site got such a message, it all ended. I was thinking. After a month, I receive another same e-mail that I need to pay the penalty again. I contacted directly with the gym. They said me to write to the Harlands. I wrote to the Harlands and I got answers but after a few weeks. They kept telling me that I had to pay and nobody wanted to help me. I do not speak English well, but I thought that I would call them in person so that someone would do something about it. The gentleman who talked to me generally had somewhere in what I am saying. He said make a payment and that's it. He asked me about something but I didn't understand. I tell him I don't understand, I got the answer that I must call when I understand and put down the telephone receiver. Brazen behavior. I've been struggling with them for 3 months and I haven't heard anything more than just to PAY for them! I would like them to remove all this and give me peace of mind because I already paid them. Not my fault that their stupid system is not working! I have confirmation that I paid for it. The proof is in the form of photos.
