Correctly cancelled membership 17 months ago and direct debit still been coming out !!!!!

Complaint against Xercise4Less

I cancelled my membership in January 2016 due to being in the forces and was posted away. It was cancelled both in the gym and online, due to checking direct debits at the bank after being away for a while it is apparent that £9.99 has still continued to come out of my account. I am no longer on the system to login which shows my membership was cancelled. I spoke to the direct debit company who said I would have to discuss with the gym it's self to reimburse. The gym I went to said I would need to contact head office but unfortunately I can not find a contact number for this. I would appreciate it if someone could respond and help me to get back the money that has been taken perhaps in error. Many thanks
