I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past two months due to a financial crisis I am having. I have spoke to the manager of the gym in Smethwick who said he will sort something out for me and had not got back to me and it's been over a month. I have now received a message informing me that my account is in default and it mentioned debt collectors. This has truly put me under a lot of stress as I have other debts to pay which is already difficult enough for me to maintain my finances. I phoned harlands bank to resolve this and they informed me that I have to contact my gym. I have called the gym 'numerous' times and have received poor customer service. I was told many times I will get a call back however it seemed that no one has prioritised my issue which is upsetting. Eventually I was told to contact head office. I am not receiving any contact from them either. I would like to resolve my issue as soon as possible to avoid any further issues.
