Failure to cancel my membership.

Complaint against Xercise4Less

I left the UK in July 2016 and I requested Xercise4less to cancel my membership and I received and code and was told to do it online. I put in that code only to later find out that my account has gone to the credit resolution services after the payment bounced. It has already gone to the CRS before and I had to pay about a 150 GBP fee for 'tracking fee' since I changed accommodations and xercise4less failed to update that on the system, and letters went to the old address. I emailed them about it and they said my account has been closed. But I just asked a friend to call them for me and they said my account is still valid. I do not know what their problem is, they can not seem to cancel my membership and keep charging me money whilst I am no longer in the UK. On top of that, the credit resolution services' spokesmen on the phone, are bullies and incredibly rude employees. I will contact my bank and ask them to cancel any direct debit with them.
