Complaint against Xercise4Less
I joined the Sheffield gym a couple of years back and loved it, good range of machines and great facilities. Except the car park, if you are in the gym for too long, or not informed about the registration checks that are in place, the private parking company hired will swoop down and slam a £100 fine on you! Upon speaking to the reception desk about this as I was a paying customer, they told me to get in touch with the manager, “who wasn’t in at the time”. Every time I reattended the gym the manager was either not in, or in a meeting. Around 2 months later I eventually was able to speak to a manager who said he would contact the parking company and inform them to quash the fine. It is 2 years later and I am still receiving correspondence threatening court action! I have on numerous occasions tried to contact the manager of the gym via email, and never received a response. Worst customer service ever. This has completely put me off the gym, and I won’t be rejoining.
