Complaint against Xercise4Less
For the past month and half the virtual spin room has been out of order. This is the reason I joined the gym. There has been no communication as to what is wrong or when it will be fixed and every attempt I have Made of speaking to the manager or his deputy during the peak hours of the day 6pm - 10 pm or weekends they are never there. Any emails or calls I have made have need been responded to or returned. I have tried to put my account on hold it get my money back for the months of no service and has no luck as management are not available to respond to me. I have decided to cancel my membership because they has been such bad customer service.
