Payment demand months after I left

Complaint against Xercise4Less

I cancelled my membership at the gym it was difficult but eventually I completed my cancellation form and left it with the staff this was in October 2015 ( I now know they have changed these cancellation methods) however months later I began receiving letters demanding money. I have spoken to Harland, the staff at the gym( who were extremely unhelpful and rude)to no avail. now I am at the end of my tether worrying about all these letters a new one came from zinc credit management offering a reduced one off payment of £128.6 ( the apparent dept is £171.47) but what annoys me there is no one from the top I can contact because the managers are pathetic. When I told the manager in BrAdford that I completed my cancelation form at the gym she said I was lying because everyone cancels on line, I tried to explain that was the case now but not when I cancelled could I speak to someone senior she said it's never been that and the buck stops with her" I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only way u know a company is good is when you see how they deAl with their customers when there is a problem. I would like some advice from anyone who can help me resolve this. Thank you
