Xercise4Less
I have been a member of this gym for 2 years attending on average 4 times a week. Exercise for less have issues collecting my direct debits for 3months. During this time I continued to use the without being made aware of the problem. Now I have been charged £180+ pounds (keeping in mind my monthly membership fee is £13.99). This is a disgrace as staff did not let me know there were any issues in to 40+ times I used the gym in this time. They have cancelled my membership and I have had no contact from the customer services to resolve my issues. The new manager in the Hounslow gym is unsympathetic to any issues raised and does not follow up on any issues raised regarding equipment or especially membership issues. I'm am extremely unimpressed as I now have to find an alternative gym and reorganize my gym life due to this inconvenience. Disgraceful
