Your front desk signed me up for a 12 month contract without telling me, after which, I tried to cancel through him, which he said he sorted. I've been to this gym 1 time, and the it's cost me £100...Further payments kept being taken our of my account. I emailed your general manager asking to cancel for me because of how the company have purposefully made this form hard to find in December. I tried cancelling my DD with you after realising it was still going out and now threatened by debt collectors. I am a student, and do not have this money to spend. The staff have been poor at helping me sort this out after their promises and mistakes.
