Complaint against Xercise4Less

I had completed my 12 month contract at xercse4less in Fenton Stoke-on-Trent. I wanted to cancel my membership as I was not happy with the service I was getting. Being unable to find the cancel membership on there web page I decided the easiest thing for me to do was cancel my direct debit. Apparently by doing this I didn't stick to my contract as I should give them a months notice to cancel. Now they keep emailing me each month saying I owe them x amount of pounds plus added fees. The cost is when I last checked around £177. I have emailed them several times and still have not had a reply but each month another email plus added fees. I have been down to my local gym to try to resolve this issue. The man on reception was unable to find where the cancel option was and had to ask another member of staff. He was unable to cancel my member ship because it shows I still owe money and was unable to do anything because the company that deals with the money is a different company. At the start I stated I was not satisfied with the service I was getting. Few reasons why. when it rains they have to put buckets all over the floor because the roof leaks so bad. In winter it's freezing and I had to train in hat gloves and a hoody. When the heater kicked in I felt like it was going to fall from the roof. In summer it's like a oven. I could go on.
