Dear Sir/Madam I have been charged for membeship for 8 months after cancelling mine and my wifes memberships last year. Asked for support on several ocassions from Harlands and gym, did not get response. Harlands were blaiming gym and gym blaming Harlands Then manager confirmed over the phone that my wifes membership and mine was cancelled last year and he told that will request refund from main office. Week later manager replied through email that I have got charged because there is no evidence in writting that my wife cancelled mebership and so refund will not be issued. He is asking for evidence of cancellation in writting (after 8 months) Last year I went to cancell my membership and week later my wife went to cancell her's. She's been told that her membership is cancelled already instead of mine. So I have returned back to cancell mine. This is why my wifes cancellation form was not filled in. And now they are saying my wifes membership never got cancelled. Local manager is not responding anymore through emails and not answering the phone. Case got stuck.
