I cancelled my monthly direct debit as I was WELL outwith my years contract which I fullfilled( IT IS MY MONEY). A letter from Harlands arrived to say they were unable to collect the Direct Debit and to avoid and administration charge I was told to contact them. I wrote to them before the date stated to tell them that I have cancelled the direct dibit, despite this they tried to take of another direct debit and then sent a letter with more charges. I emailed them and they told me that they were not allowed to correspond with xercise 4 less (or maybe xerercise for more it should be called) as they were seperate companies but advised me to email the manager directly with the email address they provided. I did this promptly only for the email to bounce back. I asked Harlands if they could foward it onto for me but they said they couldn't help. I resent the email bounced back again. I then posted all the correspondance and copies of the emails directly to xercise 4 less. -NO RESPONSE.I have since received another bill from CRS who are probably connected to Harlands in some way. However I have spent far too much of my time on this and I will now counter invoice Harlands for my administration costs which other ex customers should do. I know of so, so many people in my town who have experienced similar things.When you first sign up you ARE NOT given information on how to cancel your membership. Very poor customer service and business practices they will end up closing down due to lack of members and very bad customer service.
