Still paying after cancelling

Complaint against Xercise4Less

I completed my online cancellation form on the 7th of September, i then got an email on the 22nd of September stating that my 30 day notice period started the day i completed my form (7th). As they take money around the second of every month i knew i would have to pay for October and had a feeling they would stretch it to November, however i still had to pay in December too... Starting to think this is going to be a reoccurring thing. I plan on ringing my local branch and want to know why they are still taking my money. I did not have to send proof as to why i was cancelling however they have accepted this cancellation and have acknowledged my notice period. Frightened to cancel my direct debit as im only 19 and dont want the bailiffs knocking on my door because people at this company cannot do their jobs correctly. Have always had problems with this company and anything related to money. They do not care about their customers which is surprising for a company who highlights constantly how great their customer service is.
