Terrible customer service

Complaint against Xercise4Less

My partner and I froze our accounts last year due to me being diagnosed with breast cancer. Of course, going to the gym was low on the list of our priorities. We chose to freeze our memberships for three months, however my partner was still being charged for her membership. She contacted them, but had to jump through so many hoops just to speak to someone. They promised her a refund, however almost six months later she hasn't received a penny. Nobody will get back to her about cancelling her membership. Xercise4Less just want your money. They have no commitment to resolving issues, and have contributed to making an already stressful time in our lives even more stressful. Do not recommend. Do not be tempted by their low fees.
