Trying to cancel

Complaint against Xercise4Less

I contacted the manager at the local Xercise4less and asked them how I need to go about cancelling my membership and they asked me to go and fill out an online form. I have done this twice so far and yet my membership has still yet to be cancelled. I have since contacted the same manager twice and the first time they said that it can take up to 30 days for the cancellation to actually go through and that they would contact me back to tell at what status my request is. I got no response back from them telling where I am at with my cancellation. I have contacted them again and I still have had no reply so again I filled out a cancellation form online and I wait for them to get back to me again. I have had a receipt e-mail for the two times I have filled out an online form which states that they will get back to me about my cancellation and I am still waiting
