Complaint against Xercise4Less
I misunderstood instructions and cancelled my direct debit when I wasn't suppose to. Harlands contacted me to say I shouldn't have done that. Okay fair enough, I proceeded to give my details to pay the remaining payments (£9.99) and filled in the cancellation form online as instructed. All was done. A month later, Harlands contacts me to say I owe them £69. I have the automated email to prove to Xercise4less that I have filled in the form online. They didn't carry out their job and inform Harlands. And Harlands apparently didn't process my details properly. I have move cities and I just want to break away from this terrible gym.
